Interaction designer
Internship with focus on usability testing. I had the responsibility to observe and make sure what needed to be tested with users, find the suitable users and plan the testing process. After the testing sessions I took care of the documentation and presentations regarding the development-team. To test the designs I built prototypes (lof-fi and hi-fi). The tests were conducted in lab-enviroment, guerilla-testing and online-enviroments using heatmaps. I also built wireframes together with graphic designers and developers. Through the internship I got experience working in Scrum-teams on several different platforms such as mobile and web. Doing use-cases was also part of the work.
